What is No Claim Discount (NCD)?
The No Claim Discount (NCD) is a reward scheme received by motor policy holders for not making a claim during the preceding 12 months.
How much of No Claim Discount (NCD) am I entitled to?
Consumers are eligible for NCD ranging from 0% to 55% of the premium payable depending on the type of vehicle, coverage and number of years claim not intimated. For a private car, the scale of NCD ranges from 0% to 55% as provided in the policy/certificate whereas for motorcycles and commercial vehicles, it ranges from 0% to 25%.

Third Party Liability Insurance Malaysia
Scope of Cover : Covering the Legal Liability of the Insured to Third parties for :
Accidental Bodily Injury, or Illness to any person
Loss of or damage to third party's property
Arising out of the Insured's Business and all other activities incidental to and happening during the period of insurance, including all cost and expenses of litigation.
Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Insurance is arranged to protect any persons who holds the office of a director or within the management of a company.
Directors and officers owe a duty of care to their companies and any breach of duty may cause damages to the company as they can be sued and held liable for large amounts of damages.
Liability may arise out of lack of care and skill in the performance of a director’s duties and often it is the shareholders who will bring an action in the name of the company.

Fidelity Guarantee Insurance Malaysia
Scope of Cover :
To indemnify the Insured against all direct pecuniary losses arising from all Acts of Fraud or Dishonesty committed by any of the Insured Employees :

during the uninterrupted continuance of employment of such employee
Money Insurance Malaysia
Scope of Cover : Policy pays for loss of Money, as defined, by any cause not otherwise excluded, including cost of repairs to the safe and/or strongroom and/or cabinet and/or drawers, arising directly out of theft or attempt theft.
Employers' Liability Insurance Malaysia
Employers' Liability Insurance provides indemnity to the Insured against liability at law for damages and compensation and claimant's costs and expenses in respect of bodily injury or illness sustained by any person under a contract of service or apprenticeship arising out of and in the course of his employment by the Insured in the business.
For those categories of employees not protected by the Workmen’s Compensation Acts or SOCSO, liability at law still exists and the Employer can obtain indemnity under the Employer’s Liability Policy.
The employer can be held liable at common law if it can be proved that the injury or illness sustained had been caused by the employer.
Scope of cover
This policy indemnifies the Insured (the employer) from legal liability under the common law for damages and claimant's costs and expenses in respect of bodily injury by accident or disease sustained by any person under a contract of service or apprenticeship with the Insured and arising out of and in the course of employment by the Insured in the business.
The policy provides indemnity to employer due to negligence of the employer in failing to use reasonable care and skill in: -
Providing and maintaining a suitable and safe plant.
Providing and maintaining a safe place of work.
Providing and maintaining safe system of work.
Engaging suitable and competent employees.
Personal negligence
Negligence in failing to exercise reasonable care in engaging suitable and competent employees
Negligence in failing to exercise reasonable care in providing and maintaining suitable and safe plant and machinery.
Negligence in failing to exercise reasonable care in providing a safe place of work
Breach of duties laid down by statute or regulation for safety of employees
Personal negligence of fellow employers and their negligence in carrying out their duties in their employment.

Any person or organisation who are employers.
Workmen’s Compensation Insurance Malaysia
This policy covers you as an employer in respect of your statutory liability under the Workmen’s Compensation Law(s) as well as at Common Law to your employees who are generally not covered by SOCSO.
This policy indemnifies you against all sums for which you shall be liable to pay compensation to any employee for personal injury sustained by accidents or occupational diseases arising out of and in the course of his employment under:
The Workmen’s Compensation Act 1952 and the subsequent amendments to the Act or
The Common Law. The standard Common Law limit is RM1,000,000 any one accident and in the aggregate.
This policy covers your legal liability to third party as a result of an accident happening during the period of cover in connection with your business operations or renovation work and installation work and occurring within the territorial scope.
All sums which you shall become legally liable to pay compensation in respect of:
- bodily injury (including illness) to any person(s); and/or
- loss of or damage to property
- recovered by any claimant against you
- incurred with our written consent
